STEM Healthcare, the global benchmarking company, has relocated its London headquarters to accommodate the 50% international growth in headcount in the last 12 months. It’s the fourth time the company has moved its Chiswick-based headquarters in the last five years as demand for its services continue to accelerate across the healthcare industry.
STEM Healthcare works with 29 of the top 30 global pharmaceutical companies, quantifying and measuring internal alignment and quality of field-team execution in more than 40 countries. In the past 12 months, demand for STEM’s services has been particularly strong across the EU5 and Asia and for global benchmarking contracts. This has prompted an expansion of its global analyst, project management and training teams plus central support functions including Operations, HR, Marketing and Finance.
The new headquarters are now three times the size, giving employees more desk, meeting room and creative space just a few metres from the previous location around the corner on Power Road in Chiswick.
STEM’s CEO and Founder, Rob Wood, said: “Now in our tenth year, STEM has grown faster than ever in the past 12 months. I’m delighted we’ve found a new headquarters that can provide a comfortable and spacious environment so conveniently located for our talented team in London, and we look forward to further success here and across our global operations in the new year.”
