STEM Healthcare, the global benchmarking company, is strengthening its international business by creating a new “International West” region lead by Belén Caínzos. This region will encompass activities in both LATAM (Latin America) and TMEA (Turkey, Middle East, Africa), where STEM currently delivers over 150 projects annually, supported by more than 70 staff.

Belén joined STEM in January 2018 as Project Director in Spain, playing a key role in growing the Iberia business, before transitioning to the International team in 2019. Initially leading the STEM Mexican business, Belén then moved to focus primarily on the Middle East, Africa and Turkey where she significantly expanded operations.

Prior to joining STEM, Belén acquired extensive pharmaceutical experience at Johnson & Johnson in General manager, Marketing Director and Franchise Lead roles across Europe, and Latin America. Having worked from London, USA, Brazil, South Africa, and her home country of Spain, Belén brings significant international expertise to this fast-growing region.
