Daisaburo is the President and Representative Director of STEM in Japan, a position he has held since September 2019. With over 20 years of leadership experience in the pharmaceutical industry, Daisaburo has successfully accelerated business growth for more than 100 pharmaceutical leaders through STEM projects.
He previously served as head of the Neurology Business Unit in Biogen Japan, where he tripled its business within 4 years. Prior to that, he held various leadership positions at Bayer in Japan and Canada.
Daisaburo holds an MBA from the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto, and an MSc in Business and Management Research from Henley Business School, University of Reading.
