Ben joined STEM in July 2022 as President of Global Operations with a focus on delivering high levels of client satisfaction through high quality client engagements.
Prior to STEM, Ben has exceptional experience in heading up the UK sourcing function for brands like Dove, Rexona, Lynx and Persil, before moving to be Head of Customer Services. Ben moved to Bausch and Lomb in 2008 as Customer Service Director, before moving to Johannesburg as Country Director. After 2 years in South Africa, Ben relocated again to Bangkok Thailand to head up the Bausch and Lomb business in South East Asia for several years, before returning to the UK in 2020 as UK General Manager, Site Leader and Director of Commercial Operations Europe.
