“Catalyzing moments of scientific exchange by evolving value-based discussions.”
STEM, and Nazaré invite you to join their 90-minute workshop to explore the key building blocks to recognize and seize moments to have value-based conversation. This workshop will bring MSLs and FM leaders up to speed on the behaviors needed for effective value discussions with key decision makers. Two such behaviors are engaging in population-health discussions and discussing the decision makers’ process and scientific data needs. The workshop will cover how these behaviors were identified and feature small group breakout sessions on how to train medical affair teams. The insights gained from the workshops will be used to develop and train MSLs and support managers to coach MSLs on these new behaviors.

Ryan Caradonna
Chief Operating Officer – STEM
As STEM’s Chief Operating Officer, Ryan has a wealth of experience with 20+ years in the healthcare industry, both on the manufacturing and client services sides of the business. During his tenure at STEM, he has held a variety of roles, leading global and US -focused teams. He has played a critical role in the evolution of STEM’s business model and strategic approach and is currently a member of STEM’s senior executive team.
Harry Foster
Global Strategic Accounts – STEM
Harry leads our Global Strategic Accounts and has been with STEM for over 10 years. During his time with STEM, Harry has held a variety of roles, including leadership, operations and commercial. He has been a key contributor to the growth of STEM’s business, playing a pivotal role in tailoring STEM services to the clients’ needs and evolving STEM’s offerings with the latest pharma/healthcare trends.
Sheila Duffy-Cyr
Senior Director, North America lead – Nazaré
Sheila is an innovative and highly collaborative leader with over 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry across Sales, Medical Affairs, Marketing (brand and portfolio) and established expertise in Learning and Development and Strategic Development and Execution. Her breadth of experience, coupled with her passionate approach to capability development, make her a strong partner as you strive to develop the capabilities of your team.
