Our DE&I committee has a mission to raise awareness on diversity and inclusion and enact change through empowering each individual in the business to take actions to contribute to diversity.

Throughout the year, STEM engages in a number of DE&I discussions. Recently, we’ve discussed:
- Black History Month Discussions:- Reflecting on the color of my Skin; Intersectionality, Fireside chat with talk with Corinne Buchanan-Russell; Afro-Sumba Dance Class
- International Womens Day
- Unconscious bias
