Our DE&I committee has a mission to raise awareness on diversity and inclusion and enact change through empowering each individual in the business to take actions to contribute to diversity.

Throughout the year, STEM engages in a number of DE&I discussions. Recently, we’ve discussed:

- International Womens Day
- Unconscious bias
