Careers at STEM Healthcare

Azi Uzuh began her career in investment banking with J.P. Morgan before joining STEM in 2017 as a business analyst.

After graduating with a finance degree, Harry Foster was one of the first employees to join STEM in the US. He cut his teeth as a business analyst, before transitioning into project management.

Daisaburo Sakurai is STEM’s Senior Vice President and Representative Director of Japan. He joined the company in September 2019 following a successful, award-winning career in the pharmaceutical industry.

Tim Luxford, Vice-President of International Operations, spent 15 years at Roche, working in numerous sales and marketing roles and later as senior brand manager in oncology. He joined STEM in 2015.

Bejal Bhimjiyani joined STEM as a maths graduate in 2012, working her way up from junior analyst to manager, and later to Director and then Head of Global Analysis. More recently she’s taken on a new challenge as Project Director in Global Client Relations.

Justyna started as a freelance field worker for STEM in 2012. Based in France, she later became a mentor for other field workers and is now a trainer for colleagues in several countries. She has a background in business, marketing and international management.

Gemma joined STEM when it first launched a decade ago. She’s held a number of positions across the organisation and today is Head of Capability Development and Training.

Sarah Lee joined STEM in 2013 as a junior analyst after completing an economics degree at university. As the company grew she took on managerial positions and in 2019 was promoted to Head of Analysis, responsible for a team of 50 across the UK, China and Japan
